We're so excited to be able to meet together again as a church family.
Why not join us at one of our morning services?
SUNDAY SERVICE BOOKINGS
Although services are looking a little different right now as we continue to work within government guidelines, we trust as you join with us,
you will be blessed as we worship together in person!
As we cautiously move towards resuming all services and groups back to the building as covid guidelines allow, we have started two morning services as well as continuing to stream the morning and evening services online.
The two morning service are at 9.30am and 11.30am. During the first service we have a group for children in school years R-6, and two groups for young people during the second for those in school years 7-10, and 11-13.
Due to limited numbers during the services, you will have to book seats to be able to attend. For options and further information please see details below.
Covid Guidance, Safety, and F.A.Q.'s
How do I book for a service?
You can book either our 9.30am or 11.30am service via our website or My ChurchSuite and filling in the simple booking form and submitting it by noon the day before. Alternatively, you can call the office on 01425 473388 to book your seats.
Who can I sit with?
Currently up to six people can opt to sit together or 2 households. Social distancing needs to be maintained between seperate 'bubbles',
Please could one person book for each 'bubble'.
What if I can no longer attend?
If you have booked seats and can no longer attend, please cancel a.s.a.p. via the link in your confirmation email, the service on My ChurchSuite, or by contacting the office and so the seats can be filled by others wishing to attend.
Are there any groups for children or young people?
We currently have a children's group for children in school years R-6 during the first service at 9.30am, and two groups (school years 7-10, and 11-13) for young people at the second service at 11.30am.
You don’t need to book children (R-Y6) / younger young people (Y7-Y10) into a group, just book for those occupying a seat in the service. However, when booking please state how many children will be attending each age group.
When you arrive check yourselves in first, and then sign-in your children in at the child check-in desk before taking your seats in the service.
Older young people (Y10-Y13) need to be booked in on ChurchSuite as some of them attend without a parent.
Do you have provision for children under 5?
If you have children under 5, they will need to sit on your lap, or be on the floor next to you. Activity packs are available if needed, and should you need to take them out, there will be provision in the creche room and lounge. You will need however to stay with them, and face coverings and social distancing will still be required.
Can we sing during worship?
Currently our worship is pre-recorded on video by our musicians, and under current guidelines no singing is permitted during a service. Hopefully this will change soon.
Seating is arranged following the latest government guidelines. On arrival you will be shown to your seats where you can sit with other members of your 'bubble'. The 4 seats either side of your 'bubble' will be marked as unavailable to help maintain social distancing.
Whilst in the building there should be no interaction except with the team serving you, and those in your 'bubble'.
It is a legal requirement that face coverings be worn at all times in the church building by anyone age 11+ (unless exempt).
Young people age 11+ may remove their face coverings once sat in their groups. They must be worn at all other times, and at times where social distancing can't be maintained.
Sanitising stations are placed at all entrance and exit points in the church building, and also outside the toilets. Please make use of these when entering, exiting, and when using the facilities.
The main toilets are available for use should you need them while attending the service.
Before and after the service.
Please do not arrive before 9.15am if booked in for the 9.30am service, or before 11.15am for the second service. Also, please leave the building promptly after the first service so there is time to clean the building properly and prepare for the arrival of people to the next service.
At the end of the service, you will be directed to leave by one of the serving team.
There is a one way system when entering and exiting the church. Please make sure you follow and directions and signs placed throughout the building, while also maintaining a distance of 2 metres from other people inside and outside the building.
Are refreshments served after the services have finished?
We are hoping soon to serve refreshments in the car park between the services.
