Dave & Sue Wall – Koinonia Ministries
Dave & Sue have been a part of PBC since October 2006. They are members
of ‘Children Worldwide’; Dave represents the organisation on the board of Norkalni
Christian Camping Centre, an integral part of Latvian Christian Mission.
The main focus of Dave’s ministry is this Norkalni camp site in Latvia. At least twice a year he visits the centre to lead a team in maintenance and ongoing building work, in preparation for camps/retreats for children, young people and church leaders.
Humanitarian aid is also collected for Latvia via ‘Baltic Aid’: for children’s homes,
schools, Norkalni and eventually to meet the needs of impoverished people.
Dave & Sue aim to raise awareness of these Latvian needs inclusive of raising funds. They plan to visit other churches in the UK to offer more information and a better understanding of how individuals and churches can become involved.
Alongside this, Dave currently works with another couple from PBC doing warehouse and delivery work, as his ‘tent-making’ ministry. Sue runs the child minding side of the ministry called ‘Koinonia Kids’, bringing many opportunities to befriend, serve and outreach into our local unity.
